In this perilous historical period, core material from Gurdjieff and those directly influenced by him are of great importance. “Core materials” are what we sell, including the Gurdjieff/de Hartmann music, as well as selected literature that has informed the inner search of members of our team, and which may be helpful to you.  

 

G. I. Gurdjieff authored several books as part of his wish for his teaching to continue and broaden in its impact. Since his death in 1949, an initial trickle of published volumes has grown to a rising swell. Which of these are more central, and which less? Some books were motivated by impulses touching a sincere wish to serve, while others came from more personal impulses. Our business took root in response to this situation and to a question springing from it: how can both new and more experienced readers sort the wheat from the chaff? This question remains central to our mission. At the same time, we do not offer everything of merit and the absence of a title here does not imply our negative evaluation of it.
